Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment verification or COD confirmation.

Orders placed after business hours (after 5 PM) will be processed the next business day.

Orders placed on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

During sales, promotions, or peak seasons, processing times may take slightly longer due to high order volume.
